What the duck?? (duckling)



We've all heard the stories of Pike and Musky even a big ol Largemouth eating muskrats and ducklings etc.. And I love fishing top water so what I tried to do was match the spring duckling hatch. This is not just for looks it pushes water in a spray like manner looking just like a duckling trying to scoot across the water. It's a blast just watching it come back to ya.

    Thank you Gerrit. I came up with it a little late in the year for the Musky to be looking to the surface for food, plus we had vicious floods for quite awhile here so most of my fishing this past season has been below the surface. However I am looking forward to throwing it in the Spring, I will give updates on the blog.
